As your website grows, so do its hosting needs. Many of you are currently on WP Engine’s Starter Plan, which is a good entry-level option – but it comes with limits on performance, scalability, and advanced security.

To better support our clients, we’ve been moving sites to our private server on WP Engine. This setup gives your website more speed, more protection, and a more reliable hosting environment – without significantly increasing your monthly cost.

Below are two options for getting the migration process completed:

Option 1: Share Your WP Engine Support PIN

  1. Log in to your WP Engine account.
  2. Once within the Dashboard page, press on the Key icon on the bottom left corner.
  3. Your Support PIN will be displayed there. Copy that Support PIN code.
  4. Send me that PIN, and I can handle the migration.

Option 2: Grant Me Full Access to Your WP Engine Account

If you want me to take care of the migration and closing out the account, you can simply update my account role:

  1. Log in to your WP Engine account.
  2. Go to Users in the dashboard.
  3. Update my account to either “Owner” or “Full (with Billing)”

This is the most hands-off option for you, since I’ll manage the entire process start to finish.
